Q. What do you carry or sell?
A. We only offer tile and tile related items such as waterproofing, installation products, cleaning and items for maintaining your tile.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at the corner of Business Loop and College Ave. 1206 Business Loop 70 East.
Q. Do you have samples?
A. Yes, we have or can obtain samples at no cost and we encourage you to take them home to your environment to see if the are suitable for your needs.
Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. We take cash, check, or credit cards. There is a 3% fee for credit card purchases.
Q. If I order tile how long will it take?
A. Most tile is in stock at our distributor and only takes a few days but if the tile you chose requires a special order that would take 2-4 weeks.
Q. Do you offer design help?
A. We will be glad to help you with tile and color choices to coordinate with your job free of charge. If you prefer, we can design the whole project a fee of $50.
Q. Do you sell other flooring then tile?
A. We don’t sell other floor because we prefer to specialize in tile for the customers benefit.
Q. How do you handle special orders?
A. Any item not in stock is considered a special order. Therefore, all sales are non-refundable, non-returnable, and must be paid for in advance.
Q. Does Legacy Bath and Tile install tile?
A. LBC does not install tile, but we can refer you to a contractor and we will be glad to work with them.
Q. Do you have backsplash tile?
A. We not only have backsplash tile but tiles that work well for floors, walls, inside or out, wet areas and accents.
Q. Why do I pay shipping?
A. To keep our square foot price low we may need to charge a shipping charge to get your preferred tile for your project here in a timely manner.
Q. Why do you not have weekend or evening hours?
A. We need family time too. We hope you understand and please know we are available by appointment after hours or weekends.
Q. Do you sell to the public or contractors?
A. We sell to both and strive give excellent customer service to all.
