Q. What do you carry or sell?

A. We offer tile and tile related items such as waterproofing, setting materials, cleaning and items for maintaining your tile.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in the Hathman Village Shops.  1808 Paris Rd., Columbia, MO 6520.

Q. Do you have samples?

A. Yes, we have or can obtain samples at no cost and we encourage you to take them home to your environment to see if they are suitable for your needs.

Q. Do you take credit cards?

A. We take cash, check, or credit cards.

Q. If I order tile how long will it take?

A. Most tile is in stock at our distributor and only takes a few days but if the tile you chose requires a special order that would take 2-4 weeks.

Q. Do you offer design help?

A. We will be glad to help you with tile and color choices to coordinate with your job free of charge. 

Q. How do you handle special orders?

A. If the item you choose is a special order we charge a deposit upon ordering.  Special order items are non-refundable and we take extra care to order the amount you need, plus a little extra to be sure you have enough to complete your project.

Q. Does Legacy Bath and Tile install tile?

A. Legacy  Bath & Tile only recommends Certified Tile Installers to our customers.  We want you to be confident that your project will be installed properly.  

Q. Do you have backsplash tile?

A. We have many glass, stone and other accent tile to choose from.  We can help coordinate your colors together for the perfect backsplash or accent for your tile project.

Q. Why do you not have weekend or evening hours?
