Q. What do you carry or sell?
A. We offer tile and tile-related items such as waterproofing, setting materials, cleaning and items for maintaining your tile. Products include: Schluter, Laticrete, Ardex, TEC, American Olean, Dal-Tile, Marazzi, Crossville Tile, Florida Tile, FireClay, Happy Floors Tile, Anthology Tile, Anatolia, Russo Tools, and Dekton GPTP
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not allow tile to be returned. We have a small warehouse and can not store tile. Most items that we stock, Schluter items and Laticrete grout, can be considered for return in special circumstances.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We currently have a warehouse space only, we would love to bring samples to your home.
Q. Do you have samples?
A. Yes, we have or can obtain samples at no cost to you. We offer delivery to your home of samples.
Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. We take cash, check, or credit cards.
Q. If I order tile how long will it take?
A. Most tile is in stock at our distributor and takes about a 2 weeks to get, but if the tile you chose requires a special order, that would take 6-8 weeks.
Q. Do you offer design help?
A. We will be glad to help you with tile and color choices to coordinate with your job. We also love to work with Designers to achieve your vision.
Q. How do you handle special orders?
A. All orders are paid in full when ordering. Special orders require written approval. That can include text, email or paper verification.
Q. Does Legacy Bath and Tile install tile?
A. Legacy Bath & Tile only recommends Certified Tile Installers to our customers. We want you to be confident that your project will be installed properly.
Q. Do you have backsplash tile?
A. We have many glass, stone and other accent tile to choose from. We can help coordinate your colors together for the perfect backsplash or accent for your tile project.
Q. Do you sell to the public or contractors?
A. We sell to both and strive to give excellent customer service to all.
